Welcome to PM Lab! Thank you for being here.
For me, the past 18 years in multinational workplaces have been more than just a career—they have felt like an extended international school, where I continuously learned, overcame challenges, and grew. I’m deeply grateful for these experiences, which have allowed me to give back to the community. From sponsoring 17 children to achieve independence with dignity through World Vision Taiwan, to writing as a columnist under my pen name Mrs. MAMAA for Crossing Magazine, and lecturing practical insights with thousands of university students, each step has been a way to pay it forward.
The belief in supporting the next generation led me to create PM Lab as my next chapter after leaving the corporate world. Today, I continue to sponsor 19 children, lecture at multiple universities, and write my column—each effort a way to share knowledge, experience, and empowerment.

What I picture PM Lab is to support professionals navigate the complexities of multinational workplaces. At the same time, just as I dedicated 16 years at Microsoft to sponsoring children in need, PM Lab will donate a portion of its profits to support vulnerable children overcome poverty and build a future where they, too, can give back one day.
I am also honored to collaborate with talented young professionals in Taiwan, crafting every detail of PM Lab’s branding and website with care. For them, this is a first step toward a global career; for all of us, it is the beginning of a shared dream. Through PM Lab, we not only showcase the journeys of global professionals but also bring together expertise from diverse fields. Together, we support professionals facing unique challenges, helping them turn fear to courage with meaningful steps toward their aspirations, and make career and life choices that truly resonate with them.
